Important to remember, Client having super covered insurance included in their price are not, in any case, exempted from liability caused by negligence.
PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Cash, Bancomat, Credit card, Debit an Prepaid cards.
The security deposit (i.e. the amount of the excess) will be authorized by credit or debit card. If you do not have a card (including prepaid) enabled for pre-authorization, you must inform the administration to agree for a security deposit of € 600.00 by cash.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO STIPULATE THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
A valid driving license * and a credit, debit or prepaid card are required to enter into the rental agreement. In case you do not have it, you will need to inform us to agree a different method of security deposit. The rental cost can instead be paid with ATM, DEBIT CARDS, POSTEPAY, MAESTRO CIRCUIT etc. upon signing the contract.
We inform the clientele that the cars CAN NOT LEAVE THE SARDINIA
We kindly inform you that if you are not a member of the European Community you need your driving licence plus the “International” driving licence issue by your INTERNATIONAL MOTOR TRAFFIC before your departure.
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT THE END OF THE RENTAL
You must return the car in proper hygienic conditions and clean, no rubbish inside, or we will charge an extra cost of € 15,00 for the partial cleaning, and/or € 50,00 in case of sanitation of the car;
Administrative expenses up to a maximum of € 30.00 for any notifications of road tolls, parking tickets, fines;
For access to restricted traffic zones, no parking areas, speeding, failure to pay the parking;
Missing fuel;
Refuel service (if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank);
Bank fee in case of refund of the deposit in cash via bank transfer.
IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
We inform our customers that in case the customer has signed the supplementary insurance coverage is still not freed from penalties for damages against the Ruvioli rent a car Srl.
If, even signing the supplementary insurance or you have it included in your rate, the vehicle has been damaged due to negligence, gross negligence, carelessness or violation of traffic rules such as driving while drunk, driving without a license, driver not included in the rental contract, exceeding the speed limit, driving in the opposite direction etc. customer will be responsible for the damage.
In case of accident, whether basic or supplementary insurance, we will ask our customer to write down a declaration describing the accident and the deposit left will be refund after the expertise by the insurance company.

CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT
At the discretion of the administration, a «non-refundable deposit» of 30% of the rental amount may be required to confirm the quote (Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code). The balance of the rental may be paid upon collection of the vehicle.
FAST PICK UP
For being faster with your reservations please specify a mobile phone number and your flight number, scan driver’s licence first and possibly the second, scanning ID Card with full home address and wait for the confirmation from the car rental.
Please note reservation must be confirmed by our office.
The rental payment and the security deposit will be made upon signing the contract, the confirmation email must be kept and presented at the counter when picking up the car
The head office will check availability at the rental station (OLBIA, CAGLIARI, ALGHERO) and will receive confirmation or cancellation as soon as possible.
